Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as both the primary client contact and the key operator managing the execution of integrated influencer marketing campaigns. You will oversee day-to-day communications, ensure campaign alignment across teams, and maintain client satisfaction. You will work alongside Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Leadership teams to deliver smooth, timely, and budget-conscious campaigns while identifying risks proactively and keeping projects on course.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational delivery for multiple influencer marketing campaigns, from proposal to completion, coordinating timelines and multi-disciplinary teams to meet deadlines and client goals.
• Act as the main point of communication for clients, providing strategic advice, proactive updates, and handling client queries confidently.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Engagement to ensure seamless execution and project momentum.
• Create and maintain project timelines, oversee campaign workflows, coordinate creator handoffs, media setups, and ensure comprehensive and actionable documentation.
• Lead the development of performance recap presentations in partnership with Analytics and other teams, translating campaign data into actionable insights and future opportunities.
• Mentor Associate Account Managers by sharing best practices, enhancing workflows, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Experience and Qualifications

• 4-6 years in account management, campaign management, project management, or client services within agencies or digital/influencer marketing environments.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and manage complex, cross-functional campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, confident in client interactions and presentations.
• Experience managing workstreams involving strategy, creative teams, media, analytics, and production.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing workflows including creator sourcing, contracts, approvals, and campaign execution.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude with the foresight to identify and mitigate risks early.
• Team-oriented with a passion for nurturing collaborative relationships across departments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and creator management software.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
• Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns involving paid social, influencer, and digital media.
• Understanding of performance measurement and campaign reporting.

Salary and Hiring Details

The annual salary range for this role is $77,000 to $96,000 USD, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. New Engen hires full-time employees across multiple US states including Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
