Role Overview

Lead Agile transformations and manage AI-driven cybersecurity projects in a high-profile financial sector environment. Collaborate with agile teams globally to enhance workflows, eliminate obstacles, and foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain team alignment.
• Guide teams transitioning from SAFe-like frameworks to Agile methodologies for improved agility.
• Design and enhance pod structures supporting cybersecurity projects powered by AI technologies.
• Actively resolve impediments and protect teams from external disruptions.
• Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain clear, prioritized backlogs.
• Champion a culture centered on iterative progress and Agile best practices.
• Monitor team metrics with tools like Jira and Confluence to track performance.
• Drive Agile maturity and advocate for process improvements across teams.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration within teams and with stakeholders.
• Manage Work In Progress limits to ensure steady and predictable delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in project management roles including Scrum Master responsibilities.
• In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum practices.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage teams and facilitate productive meetings.
• Experience aiding Agile transformations and managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile certifications such as SAFe, CSM, or PSM.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Background working on cybersecurity or security-focused projects.
• Familiarity with AI-led cybersecurity initiatives in a global context.
