Compensation and Funding Details

Annual salary ranges from approximately 70,000 to over 285,000 USD, depending on experience, accomplishments, role, location, and the host institution. Comprehensive talent awards and housing assistance are available within different categories: senior and innovation talents may receive awards up to 570,000 USD; young talents up to 430,000 USD; and postdoctoral candidates up to 285,000 USD. Housing support can reach up to 240,000 USD. Separate research funding up to about 715,000 USD may also be provided. These support packages are contingent upon eligibility, institutional endorsement, formal approval, and applicable policies.
