Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and skilled Analytical R&D Scientist specializing in injectables to enhance our innovative team in Hyderabad (Dulapally). Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in analytical development will play a key role in creating improved formulations, verifying product quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate, error-free, and real-time documentation of activities.
- Ensure all analyses are conducted using calibrated instruments and equipment only.
- Collaborate with supervisors to develop analytical methods for dissolution, assay via UV/HPLC, and related substances by HPLC.
- Assist in method development for advanced techniques including peptide mapping and sequencing, circular dichroism spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, SEC-GPC/MALS, NMR, and comparative peptide/protein studies.
- Carry out analysis of development samples according to test methods for dissolution, assay by UV/HPLC, and related substances by HPLC.
- Validate test procedures such as dissolution, assay, related substances, residue, and chiral purity.
- Ensure cleanliness of instruments and equipment post-analysis.
- Manage receipt and proper storage of samples and standards.
- Label standards, chemicals, and reagents accurately.
- Receive log books and SOPs from Quality Assurance.
- Ensure Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) compliance within the laboratory.
- Support installation and commissioning of instruments and equipment.
- Maintain reference and working standards and impurities adhering to GLP norms.
- Archive completed files and Laboratory Notebooks (LNBs) efficiently.
- Conduct analysis for water content using Karl Fischer titration, Loss on Drying (LOD), and identification tests per test methods and standards.
- Coordinate and assist with timely calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments.
