SAP FI Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP FI Functional Consultant to provide expert functional support and craft solution designs specifically for SAP FICO modules, emphasizing Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Intercompany AR procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer functional expertise and develop solutions related to SAP FICO, particularly focusing on AR, GL, and Intercompany AR workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify their needs.
• Create functional specifications and design documents pertinent to custom enhancements and developments.
• Coordinate with technical teams during the development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Execute functional and integration tests to validate solutions and ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage incidents by performing root-cause analysis and resolving issues efficiently.
• Assess impacts of new requirements and system modifications.
• Work alongside cross-department teams for smooth business process integration.
• Provide end-user assistance, facilitate knowledge transfer, and prepare documentation as necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated practical experience in SAP FICO, focusing on AR, GL, and Intercompany AR processes.
• Proven ability to support custom developments throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and solution validation.
• Strong skills in functional debugging and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Capability to analyze intricate business and system challenges and collaborate effectively with technical experts to address them.
• Experience in drafting functional specifications and reviewing technical solutions comprehensively.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
