Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer to uphold the quality and dependability of our Salesforce applications. The candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and API Validation, along with practical experience in Salesforce implementations and integrations.

Key Duties

• Interpret and analyze business requirements to design detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Conduct comprehensive Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing of Salesforce applications.
• Validate custom Salesforce elements including workflows, process automations, and configurations.
• Perform API testing and verification using tools such as Postman or equivalent platforms.
• Detect, document, track, and verify software defects throughout development cycles.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to guarantee quality deliverables.
• Engage in requirement review sessions and provide accurate testing estimations.
• Compile test execution reports and regularly update stakeholders on testing progress.
• Ensure strict compliance with QA standards, procedures, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce QA Testing.
• Strong background in Functional and Regression Testing.
• Competence in API Validation and Testing methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations and associated APIs.
• Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
