Job Summary
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role supporting the regional sales team through overseeing operational tasks, ensuring data integrity, managing issues proficiently, and acting as the essential communication bridge between Sales and other internal departments. The role involves ownership of follow-ups, maintaining adherence to processes, and aiding in smooth daily operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the regional sales team with their daily operational needs and requests.
- Serve as an intermediary between Sales and other internal teams to facilitate communication.
- Disseminate updates regarding processes, systems, and vital information to the sales team.
- Document, monitor, and escalate problems using Jira when necessary.
- Keep track of pending cases with CRM, Administration, and Technical teams and ensure follow-up.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of client data, reports, and CRM entries.
- Contribute to data cleansing initiatives to uphold data quality.
- Monitor various requests, projects, and operational tasks to ensure they are completed promptly.
- Report progress to management regularly and raise issues as they arise.
Required Skills and Experience
- Background in sales operations or business operations support roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities and maintain effective tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to manage stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A proactive mindset, solution-focused, and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
