Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Sales & Service Support Executive, you will manage and oversee back-office customer service operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through efficient handling of service requests, complaints, and follow-up activities using store IT systems. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize service follow-ups and support digital tool usage related to service processes, including training new team members and communicating procedural updates.
Your duties include monitoring and enhancing the business performance of service operations by tracking conversion rates, request durations, and after-sales lifecycle lead times. You will actively encourage sales staff to pursue direct product sales when appropriate, reducing reliance on customer service interventions.
Additional operational responsibilities include supporting till management when required and assisting with inventory control by addressing stock discrepancies with the stock team.
Compliance with internal control policies and health & safety regulations is essential, including managing document archiving and enforcing procedural adherence.
In-store administration is part of your role, such as coordinating staff schedules, working with external agencies for temporary staffing, managing internal communications, overseeing store orders for uniforms and office supplies, and controlling general costs.
You will also be responsible for maintenance coordination and security management within the store, liaising with suppliers, office staff, and security personnel to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
