About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Officer specialized in Personal Loans to join our team. The position involves generating business through various channels including open market, referrals, and direct customer engagement. The role requires acquiring new clients, meeting monthly sales goals, and providing clear explanations regarding loan offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Personal Loan sales by leveraging open market, referrals, and direct sales tactics.
- Identify and onboard new customers while consistently hitting monthly targets.
- Communicate clearly loan features, eligibility criteria, and necessary documentation.
- Gather and validate customer KYC and income documentation to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate closely with credit and operations teams for efficient loan processing.
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships to promote repeat business.
- Ensure timely disbursement and maintain high levels of customer service quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Graduate or Higher Secondary Certificate as per organizational policy.
- 6 months to 3 years’ relevant experience in Personal Loan, Credit Card, Business Loan, CASA, Consumer Finance, or direct sales.
- Candidates new to the field with a strong aptitude for sales may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Readiness and enthusiasm to work in a field sales environment.
Compensation and Terms
The role offers a monthly salary ranging between 15,000 and 27,000 INR depending on experience and performance. Work location is at Delhi-NCR with an expectation of onsite field activities.
