Job Overview
We seek a highly driven and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Manager to join The Propking Realty team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role emphasizes selling residential properties, client relationship management, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and cultivate new business leads through methods such as cold calling, networking, and on-ground visits.
- Effectively present, promote, and sell residential real estate products and services to potential buyers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to encourage recurring business.
- Meet or surpass designated monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Assess client requirements to provide appropriate property solutions.
- Regularly prepare sales documentation and keep the Customer Relationship Management system up to date.
- Stay informed about current market trends and competitor actions.
