Sales Manager - Logistics and Courier Sector

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager specialized in logistics and courier services. The candidate should bring a minimum of five years’ experience in sales, client acquisition, and driving revenue growth within the logistics and courier industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategies to fuel business expansion and reach revenue goals.
• Prospect and secure new clients within the courier and logistics sectors.
• Enhance and nurture current client relationships to maximize business potential.
• Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve targets.
• Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to spot new business opportunities.
• Work closely with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements with customers.
• Generate and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• At least five years’ proven experience in sales within logistics, courier, or supply chain industries.
• Solid history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and presentations.
• Aptitude for building and sustaining long-term client partnerships.
• Competency in MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and motivate sales teams.
• Readiness to travel as necessary.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 35,000 and INR 40,000.
