Role Summary
The Sales Manager position based in Jeddah requires a full-time, on-site commitment. The incumbent will lead efforts to drive revenue increases and expand ReemCo’s client network across targeted sectors. Core activities include sourcing and cultivating new business leads, managing key client accounts, and fostering enduring relationships with existing customers. The role involves preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing structures, and collaborating closely with operations teams to ensure services meet client expectations. Additional duties involve tracking market trends, analyzing sales data, preparing reports and forecasts to inform strategy, participating in sales planning, tender submissions, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in sales strategy, business development, and account management with a record of achieving or surpassing revenue objectives.
- Strong client relationship management, contract negotiation, and communication skills for establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Experience in market analysis, sales forecasting, and data interpretation to develop actionable sales plans.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, finance, and senior leadership to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Relevant background in facility management or related support service industries, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred; English fluency required, Arabic proficiency advantageous.
- Capability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple priorities, and perform local travel to meet clients and attend events.
- Proficient use of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools, with strong skills in presentations and proposal writing.
