Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Intern based in Pune, Maharashtra, eager to gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector. This role involves actively engaging with the local market to generate leads and assist potential customers with loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily field visits to identify and develop new sales leads.
- Explain and promote various loan offerings to prospective clients.
- Source potential customers from local shops, business centers, and market areas.
- Collect and authenticate necessary customer documents.
- Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date daily activity and sales records.
- Meet monthly sales goals as assigned.
Compensation Details
The position offers a stipend of ₹14,000 per month for the first 1 to 6 months, increasing to ₹18,000 per month for the subsequent 6 to 12 months.
