Sales Executive

About the Role

We are an expanding online imitation jewelry brand focused on delivering trendy and attractive designs to our customers through Instagram. We seek a passionate and digitally proficient Sales Executive to foster customer relations, boost sales, and effectively display our collections on social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers on Instagram through Direct Messages and comments, advising them on product options, resolving their questions, and successfully finalizing sales.
• Manage daily social media conversations by responding swiftly, warmly, and professionally, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Help clients select suitable jewelry pieces for different occasions, offer styling advice, and assist in creating engaging social media content such as stories or posts.
• Maintain detailed records of orders, payments, and customer data, and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in online sales, preferably handling social media for fashion, accessories, or jewelry businesses.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English with excellent, prompt social media typing skills featuring a friendly and engaging tone.
• Strong interest in imitation jewelry, awareness of current fashion trends, and styling aptitude.
• Customer-oriented approach with patience, problem-solving skills, and ability to convert inquiries into loyal customers.

Work Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: 12 noon to 8 PM
• Work Location: Onsite at the store in Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from 10000 to 15000 INR.
