Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage both sales operations and payment collections effectively.
- Enroll electric vehicle three-wheeler dealers onto Ascend Bizcap's platform to drive business growth.
- Perform sales and collection visits at dealership sites and customer locations to ensure engagement and follow-up.
- Authenticate customer details and oversee the completion of loan application processes necessary for fund disbursement.
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with dealers and customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure adherence to turnaround times (TAT), and meet both business targets and collection goals within designated schedules.
- Gather and relay market insights and customer feedback to support product improvement efforts.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all sales activities and provide regular reporting to management.
