Sales Engineer (HVAC)

Role overview

Al Jabor Trading is growing its HVAC division and is seeking a Sales Engineer to help increase product sales while strengthening customer relationships across Qatar.

Eligibility

This opportunity is intended for Qatar residents only. Local candidates are required, and applications from outside the country will not be considered.

Experience

The role calls for 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, ideally within Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell HVAC equipment and systems, including chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, ducting, and controls.
• Manage the complete sales process from enquiry and quotation through negotiation and final closure.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with consultants, contractors, and MEP clients.
• Offer technical guidance and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Track projects from specification stage until the order is secured.
• Work toward monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Liaise with procurement and project teams to coordinate deliveries.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in Qatar.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Solid understanding of HVAC products and the local Qatar market.
• Established contacts with consultants and contractors.
• Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Valid Qatar ID and a valid driving licence.
• Must currently be residing in Qatar.
