RDash is an AI-driven platform designed for construction management, trusted by over 450 businesses in India and the UAE, including notable names such as Amazon and The Union Fitout. Supported by Y Combinator, Stellaris, and Zacua Capital, RDash aims to revolutionize construction projects by integrating all processes—from site survey to project completion—into a single unified platform, eliminating the need for fragmented communication methods like WhatsApp threads and Excel sheets.
Role Overview
We are actively recruiting an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Dubai to fuel our aggressive expansion in the UAE market. This role is crucial in generating the initial sales pipeline through targeted outreach to companies involved in construction, fitout, and real estate sectors. Your responsibility is to prospect, sequence, and secure qualified meetings for Account Executives while collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet weekly and monthly pipeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement outbound outreach strategies including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement aimed at construction, fitout, developer, and MEP contractor sectors in the UAE.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential clients that fit RDash's ideal customer profile.
- Customize communications to address specific challenges faced by target segments.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs with comprehensive context.
- Maintain precise and current records in HubSpot including tracking activities, updating lead statuses, and outlining next steps.
- Consistently meet set weekly activity benchmarks and monthly goals related to qualified meetings and pipeline volume.
- Refine messaging and outreach sequences based on feedback and engagement analytics.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, or business development, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Experience prospecting or selling specifically in the UAE market is highly desirable; knowledge of construction, real estate, or fitout industries is a significant advantage.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of calls and outreach efforts and resilient to rejection.
- Excellent proficiency in written English, able to craft cold emails and LinkedIn messages that feel personalized and genuine rather than templated.
- Working familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and outbound sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequencing software.
- Currently based in Dubai or ready to relocate with legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
