Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you represent the store’s energy and style, going beyond sales to fully embody the brand’s passionate, energetic culture. This role involves engaging customers with current trends and delivering a standout shopping experience by being helpful, bold, and enthusiastic.

Key Responsibilities

• Create stylish, complete outfit looks including trainers, apparel, accessories, and care products.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge about product lines, fabrics, technology, and brand heritage to act as a Footasylum Brand Ambassador.
• Lead and energize store events, launch days, and promotional activities.
• Drive sales performance by meeting key performance indicators and growing customer baskets.
• Ensure store presentation is immaculate including stocking, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about trainers, streetwear fashion, and culture with a desire to learn more.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with customers.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive, growth-focused mindset and open to feedback and development.

Additional Information

The position is located at Trafford Centre in Manchester, requiring 8 hours per week with shift flexibility from Monday to Sunday.
