Overview
Join Pune's rapidly expanding real estate firm, Sky Properties, as a Sales Admin Executive based in Kothrud or Bavdhan. This full-time role involves supporting sales operations by engaging with clients and property owners, managing appointments, and facilitating communication across teams, essential for maintaining smooth operations in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and property owners daily.
- Generating and confirming appointments or site visits and coordinating schedules between clients, property owners, and sales staff.
- Handling detailed client inquiries and providing property information through multiple communication channels, ensuring excellent client experience and support.
- Maintaining an up-to-date property database specifically for Kothrud and Bavdhan locations, including regular follow-ups with owners for the latest property details and documentation coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience ranging from six months to two years in sales administration, tele-calling, or real estate sectors is preferred.
- Effective communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confident and pleasant demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Familiarity with the Kothrud and Bavdhan real estate market is advantageous but not necessary.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, manage calendars efficiently, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
