Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant, you will be an essential member of our Housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining pristine guest rooms and ensuring every detail contributes to an excellent guest experience. Your role goes beyond cleaning duties to include teamwork and occasional guest assistance, creating memorable stays through outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensively clean guest rooms, including changing bedding, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping all surfaces to uphold exceptional presentation standards.
• Perform duties in line with established protocols to maintain the company's high cleanliness benchmarks.
• Ensure housekeeping trolleys are well-stocked, organized, and equipped for efficiency.
• Handle cleaning products responsibly and follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain guest privacy and security at all times, supporting their comfort and confidence.
• Promptly communicate any maintenance issues to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous exposure to cleaning or room attendant roles is advantageous.
• Warm and approachable communication skills that foster a friendly atmosphere for guests and coworkers.
• Detail-oriented with effective time management skills and pride in delivering quality work.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including moving between rooms using stairs and open walkways.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Dependable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
