About the Role

This position is focused on helping create the data that powers advanced robotic intelligence. As a Robotics AI Data Collection Operator, you will work directly with robotic hardware, carry out guided tasks, and produce reliable demonstration data that supports the training of next-generation AI models.

Key Responsibilities

Robot Operation

• Control robotic systems through teleoperation tools and purpose-built controllers.
• Demonstrate physical tasks so they can be recorded as training examples.
• Complete repeated actions with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
• Work according to detailed operating instructions and data-collection standards.

Data Collection and Annotation

• Record and verify the training data produced while operating robots.
• Check completed demonstrations for correctness and quality.
• Support annotation and validation work where needed.
• Keep thorough logs of tasks completed.

Ongoing Improvement

• Share observations about robot performance and task execution.
• Assist in testing new robotic processes and workflows.
• Contribute ideas to improve data-collection methods and operational efficiency.

Required Profile

Preferred Background
