About the Role
If you enjoy the dynamic and varied environment of events and are comfortable working at heights, this role is tailored for you. We are looking for a skilled Rigger experienced in load calculations, proper installation, and dismantling of trussing and related event technology to join our specialized team.

Responsibilities
- Select appropriate rigging materials and suitable lifting gear for each project.
- Conduct visual and operational inspections of all components used.
- Position and hang chain hoists either by climbing or using aerial work platforms, including maneuvering and securing them.
- Assemble and dismantle trussing structures while guaranteeing proper execution of all rigging tasks.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and guidelines, especially DGUV V17/18, SQQ2, and other relevant norms.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient German language skills at minimum B2 level.
- Completed at least SQQ2 Level 1 certification and possess knowledge of personal fall protection equipment (PSAgA).
- Holder of a PAL card authorizing operation of aerial work platforms.
- Capability to accurately read and interpret technical plans.
- Experience handling common lifting gear, trussing systems, and chain hoists.
- Physical fitness, resilience, and ability to work safely at heights.
- A collaborative mindset, responsibility, and a strong safety orientation.
