Role Responsibilities

• Engage in diverse store duties including customer service and backend operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the purchase journey and beyond.
• Assist in maintaining the JB Hi-Fi brand and in-store merchandising of all product lines.
• Support the efficient reception and processing of stock following store procedures.

Qualifications and Attributes

• A genuine passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or gaming.
• Highly enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic.
• Customer-oriented with a strong results-driven mindset.
• Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
