Overview
Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead its team in Karrinyup, Western Australia. This role involves overseeing a vibrant, customer-focused retail environment, leading a team, and ensuring operational excellence in the store.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of up to 25 employees to uphold store values and performance standards.
- Promote and embed Ghanda's values within your team to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure store presentation meets high standards aligned with visual merchandising guidelines and brand identity.
- Coordinate with the Stock Allocator and independently manage stock levels to optimize floor space and sales.
- Create and monitor employee rosters, sales reports, and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

- Proven leadership abilities, leading by example and empowering your team consistent with the company’s core values.
- Customer-focused with strong fundamentals in retail operations.
- Experience in retail or hospitality roles is beneficial but not mandatory; a positive attitude and approach are highly valued.
