Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with PUMA values and established standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure your individual efforts meet or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets through effective customer engagement.
• Handle sales transactions quickly, accurately, and securely at the register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order, complying with all visual merchandising guidelines in line with PUMA standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise processing efficiently.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance merchandise flow to your team.
• Contribute as a flexible part-time team member, working approximately 30 hours weekly.

Your Profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for the PUMA brand.
• Customer-focused, dependable, and friendly demeanor.
• Strong teamwork capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office programs.
