Position Overview
Join the Vodafone team at our Ballybofey store as a Retail Sales Advisor. This full-time, contract role involves engaging with customers to promote and sell Vodafone's range of products and services. You'll play a vital role in understanding each customer's requirements and recommending tailored solutions while maintaining store operations efficiently and meeting sales targets.
Working Hours and Location
The role requires availability from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday through Saturday, emphasizing weekend work as essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Vodafone positively as the primary point of contact within the store.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell various Vodafone products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain awareness of sales performance metrics and ensure targets are consistently met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations at all times.
