About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to brand protocols, standardized recipes, and operational procedures.
• Comply with all food safety guidelines during preparation and service.
• Prepare and assemble food items and beverages accurately.
• Package orders correctly for dine-in or takeout.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including any limited-time promotions, and assist guests with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation throughout shifts.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, service counters, and customer areas regularly.
• Manage inventory by stocking necessary items such as cups and lids at workstations.
• Process orders and payments efficiently at the Drive Thru or Front Counter, if applicable.
• Meet established speed and accuracy standards to ensure timely guest service.
• Engage warmly and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Foster a culture centered on exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate with managers and coworkers to maintain smooth operations.
• Organize stock room and refrigerated storage areas systematically.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates integrity and a positive outlook.
• Open to learning and adaptable to operational changes.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

• Extended periods of standing during shifts.
• Engagement in repetitive physical activities including bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Capability to lift items up to 20 pounds, such as boxes and product supplies.
• Work performed in confined spaces within the restaurant.
