About the Role
Join Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd. as a Restaurant Team Member in Glasgow and become part of a growing company expanding its footprint in the UK with exciting plans for hundreds of new outlets. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work alongside an energetic team delivering authentic Canadian hospitality through a unique product offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and maintain a friendly, approachable attitude throughout shifts.
- Provide fast, accurate, and amiable service to all patrons at all times.
- Handle straightforward customer questions and escalate complex issues to management promptly.
- Ensure food preparation, storage, and work areas comply with Health & Safety and company audit protocols.
- Perform regular temperature checks and document results according to established procedures.
- Carry out daily and weekly cleaning tasks as outlined in the cleaning schedule to maintain hygiene.
- Adhere to critical standards concerning product quality, service speed, and sanitation requirements.
- Follow performance benchmarks for all crew stations based on guidance from shift managers.
- Stay informed about restaurant goals to support achieving team objectives effectively.
- Maintain kitchen and operational areas to exceed customer expectations for cleanliness and convenience, including proper restocking of workstations.
- Report workplace near misses, injuries, or health issues promptly to ensure safety compliance.
- Comply with all operational protocols and wear Personal Protective Equipment when required.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
We seek individuals with a positive team-oriented attitude and prior experience in dynamic, fast-paced customer service environments. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus are essential. Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends is required. A passion for delivering excellent service and an enthusiasm for coffee are highly valued.
