Restaurant Captain - Floor Service Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Captain to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café located in East Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service on the floor, taking customer orders, and liaising between the kitchen, barista team, and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate floor service activities ensuring smooth operation during service hours.
• Take and accurately record customer orders, facilitating communication with kitchen and barista teams.
• Monitor and support the work of stewards to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer needs and queries.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a café or restaurant service role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customers professionally.
• Presentable appearance, punctuality, and disciplined work ethic.
• Preferably with basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.
• Availability for immediate joining is preferred.

Additional Information

• Salary will be commensurate with experience within the range of Rs 22,000 to Rs 29,000 per month.
• Meals are provided as part of employment benefits.
