Work alongside experienced industry professionals to expand your recruitment knowledge, develop your client portfolio, and uncover new business prospects within our Industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and expand your own permanent recruitment desk focusing on blue-collar roles, supported by a national network.
• Generate sales and business growth initiatives through proactive telesales, client meetings, lead generation, and opportunity identification.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Source, attract, interview, and place candidates utilizing innovative sourcing and marketing techniques.

Required Skills and Experience

• Preferably possess prior experience in agency recruitment.
