Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Research Assistant / Project Assistant to aid in research tasks and assist with project coordination. The role requires an individual who is detail-conscious, proactive, and capable of handling multiple assignments in a dynamic setting.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform online research, conduct literature reviews, and analyze market trends.
- Gather, arrange, and evaluate research data effectively.
- Create reports, presentations, and compile project-related documents.
- Manage project schedules, organize meetings, and facilitate effective communication.
- Support project planning, oversee execution, and monitor progress.
- Maintain precise records and systematically organize digital files.
- Undertake administrative and operational duties as needed.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external parties to meet project goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in fields such as Business, Management, Social Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related disciplines.
- Strong capabilities in research, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and adeptness in time management.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team environments.
- Knowledge of project management software like Asana, Trello, Notion, or Jira is advantageous.
- Experience utilizing AI-based research and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous background in research, consulting, project coordination, or administrative support roles.
- Familiarity with data analysis instruments, including Excel, Power BI, Python, R, or similar tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with a proactive outlook.
