Role Overview

We are seeking a Rental Desk Executive to join our sales team at our Park Royal, London branch. This role is essential to the seamless operation of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers and manage rental and sales orders via phone, email, and face-to-face, aiming to exceed customer expectations and contribute to sales goals.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of our wide range of camera and lighting equipment.
• Effectively communicate equipment features and benefits, offering alternative options to enhance client projects and increase equipment usage.
• Source equipment from external vendors when necessary, negotiate favorable pricing, and ensure timely delivery and return of items.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to foster positive relationships and a cooperative work atmosphere.
• Engage actively in training, study manuals, and stay updated on industry trends to maintain expert knowledge of equipment.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a comparable role, ideally within photography or moving image sectors.
• Interest in and understanding of photographic concepts including camera and lighting technology.
• Competence with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational aptitude.
• Initiative-driven with attention to detail.
