About the Role

Warranty Ireland is seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join their team remotely. The role involves evaluating and processing motor warranty claims by working directly with dealers, garages, and customers to ensure claims are managed fairly, accurately, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming warranty claims against policy terms and exclusions.
• Make prompt, well-justified claims decisions in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with garages and dealers to confirm diagnostics, parts, and labor expenses.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, including explaining claim decisions in writing.
• Maintain precise records and documentation of claims.
• Flag and escalate complex or high-value claims as necessary.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in claims processing procedures.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of car mechanics and typical vehicle faults.
• Experience in claims handling, warranty services, or the automotive trade.
• Proficient in written and spoken English with the ability to compose professional correspondence.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Confident and polite phone communication style.
• Capability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
