Job Overview
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves fostering strong client relationships, driving sales efforts, and maintaining accurate records to ensure business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Initiate calls to potential customers, persuasively present products, and close sales successfully.
- Schedule and conduct customer visits to finalize business transactions.
- Inform clients about product features, benefits, and promotions while addressing inquiries effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information, call logs, and order details in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets consistently.
- Identify chances to upsell or cross-sell appropriate products to customers.
- Handle objections and customer complaints professionally, resolving them promptly.
- Follow prescribed scripts to deliver consistent messaging while customizing dialogues when needed.
- Generate leads through references and self-initiated efforts.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Own a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Education qualification of HSE or higher with strong communication abilities.
- At least six months of sales experience.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English languages.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Confident, dynamic, and driven to excel in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Capable of converting customer interest into confirmed sales.
- Team-oriented, fast learner, creative, and goal-focused.
- Experience in lead generation, client meetings, and closing sales.
