Registered Pharmacist

About the Role

Noble Medichem is seeking a qualified and experienced pharmacist for their medical store locations in Mumbai. The role involves managing prescriptions, organizing the pharmacy efficiently, monitoring medication stock and condition, and offering customer assistance. The pharmacist will also provide additional medical services such as administering injections and measuring blood pressure and temperature.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and fulfill physicians' prescriptions, ensuring they meet legal and medical standards.
• Maintain a well-ordered pharmacy setup to facilitate quick product identification.
• Oversee the stocking, labeling, and delivery of medicines while monitoring expiry dates and medication quality.
• Engage attentively with customers to understand their health concerns and provide relevant advice and information.
• Support additional healthcare services including injections and vital signs measurement.
• Keep detailed records of patient medication histories and track controlled medication use.
• Ensure adherence to legal, state, and federal regulations including compliance with drug enforcement and pharmacy boards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or M.Pharm degree with a valid license to practice as a pharmacist.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working as a pharmacist.
• Deep understanding of medication dosages, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands.
• Proficient in pharmacy management software such as Easy Sol, MediTech, Mediware, along with MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and pharmacy layout effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills ensuring a compassionate and professional approach.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FDA health regulations and pharmacy legal requirements.
• Integrity and empathy in dealing with customers and patient confidentiality.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with rotational shifts totaling approximately 10 hours per day.
• Six working days per week.

The salary package offered aligns with industry standards and ranges from INR 22,000 to INR 30,000 per month.
