Regional Manager - Northern Region

Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the operations of multiple fuel stations located in the Northern Region, specifically in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The Regional Manager is responsible for maintaining smooth daily functions, upholding service quality, and driving financial and operational success across all sites.

Core Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the daily operations of fuel service stations throughout the Northern Region.
• Maintain and enhance service standards to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, operational results, and financial metrics for each station.
• Lead and mentor station managers and their teams to foster strong leadership and teamwork.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Manage inventory control, fuel supply processes, and supplier coordination.
• Troubleshoot operational issues promptly and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct frequent on-site inspections to verify service quality and operational compliance.
• Compile and deliver detailed operational reports and analysis to senior leadership.
• Support new business initiatives, projects, and regional expansion efforts.
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience at all stations.

Professional Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a closely related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, which must include at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position within the fuel station sector.
• Demonstrated expertise managing multiple sites or regions simultaneously.
• Strong leadership aptitude and proven skills in team supervision and development.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Flexibility and mobility to effectively manage various locations and diverse operational teams.
