Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly vet candidate applications by reviewing CVs from job portals to verify qualifications and experience against job criteria.
• Screen applicants to confirm they possess skills and experience aligned with the open industry or education roles.
• Create a shortlist of qualified candidates, passing on top talent to the recruitment teams.
• Maintain effective communication and provide updates on candidate status to recruitment and hiring teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, with proficiency in screening candidates for diverse roles.
• Expertise in reviewing CVs, especially for engineering and technical positions.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment and candidate evaluation.
• Strong detail orientation and efficiency in assessing candidate credentials rapidly.
• Excellent communication abilities for engaging with recruitment teams, hiring managers, and candidates.
