About the Role

Pearpop is hiring a part-time contract recruiter to support the Talent Management team in finding the right talent agents. This role is best suited for someone with experience recruiting for sales roles within media technology, along with strong knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring workflows. The team is looking for someone who enjoys uncovering strong talent, supporting business growth, and helping candidates build meaningful careers.

This is a part-time contract engagement requiring 10-15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs in detail and work toward hiring targets and expectations.
Run the full recruiting process for multiple open positions, supporting managers in identifying, hiring, and keeping strong candidates.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, including creating and using a talent pool for future openings.
Work with leadership to shape, improve, and roll out new recruiting approaches.
Stay active across job boards, social platforms, and other sourcing channels, including writing and publishing job postings and announcements.
Use a broad mix of recruiting sources and creative search methods to find high-quality candidates.
Review resumes and guide candidates through the hiring funnel, from interview prep to final offer discussions.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in corporate recruiting.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and judgment skills.
Comfort using Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and general internet search tools.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews by phone, video, and in person.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, practical in solving problems, and able to work with urgency.
Enjoys networking and building connections with others.
Focuses on delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Bonus Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, in human resources management or a related area.
Background in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
Sales recruiting experience in media, marketing, or ad technology.
Interest in the creator economy and understanding of major social media platforms.
Experience working with Ashby ATS.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $40 to $45 per hour.
