Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to lead global, full-cycle recruiting efforts across North America, Europe, and eventually Asia. This role entails managing all aspects of recruiting, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, branding, interviewing, and offer management. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers in engineering, product, go-to-market, and business operations to attract and secure top-tier talent as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for Litmus across multiple regions, from defining roles to closing offers.
• Leverage AI and automation technologies to develop scalable and efficient recruiting workflows.
• Recruit talent across diverse functions including engineering, product, data and AI, customer success, and business operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to establish role criteria, design scorecards, and implement structured interviews.
• Source and maintain pipelines of both active and passive candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
• Enhance and maintain Litmus’s employer brand and candidate engagement strategies.
• Support organizational growth by informing workforce planning.
• Administer recruiting processes using Ashby ATS to ensure accurate data and pipeline reporting.
• Manage offer processes and coordinate with People Operations on hiring handoffs.
• Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness, and report market insights to leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growing startup or scale-up environments.
• Demonstrated success recruiting both technical and non-technical candidates with strong sourcing expertise.
• Experienced in recruiting across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Proficient with Ashby ATS and skilled in implementing AI-driven recruitment tools.
• Effective influencer with hiring managers and executive teams.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Self-motivated, capable of establishing recruiting processes independently.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B SaaS, Industrial Tech, IoT or AI sectors, executive search support, employer branding, and talent marketing. Interest in employee experience and onboarding is a plus.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000.

Location

This full-time opportunity is based in Santa Clara, California or Toronto, Canada, requiring onsite presence three days per week.
