About the Role
SPAR Hypermarket located in Brookfields Mall, Coimbatore, is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Receiving and Inventory team. This leadership role focuses on managing retail receiving operations, inventory accuracy, stock control, and warehouse processes within a large retail environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in retail operations with a focus on receiving and inventory management.
- Strong proficiency in retail operations including stock control and shrinkage management.
- Proven skills in leadership, effective communication, and team management to supervise and guide team members.
- Hands-on expertise in all facets of retail receiving, inventory control, and warehouse workflow to ensure smooth operational processes.
