Job Overview
Join Elders as a full-time Real Estate Sales Representative based in Esperance, Western Australia. This permanent role focuses on expanding Elders' rural property market share by actively marketing and developing relationships within the region, particularly specializing in broadacre agricultural properties such as grazing, cropping, and mixed farming lands. Key Duties
- Market and sell residential and rural broadacre properties with a focus on farming land.
- Establish and nurture trustworthy client relationships supported by deep local insights and high service standards.
- Meet or exceed targets for listings, sales, appraisals, and vendor advertising initiatives.
- Participate in branch-led business development efforts and community activities.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities and represent Elders at events such as field days and local functions.
- Ensure full compliance with real estate laws, standards, and reporting requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Elders teams to offer comprehensive client solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in real estate sales with strong rural market knowledge or networking aptitude.
- Must hold a valid Real Estate Licence and driver's licence.
- Competent in accurately appraising properties, emphasizing broadacre characteristics and value propositions.
- Strong skills in marketing, negotiation, and client communication.
- Well-versed in current regulations and compliance in real estate.
- Organized, effective time manager with a professional and client-centered approach.
- Technologically adept with enthusiasm for new digital tools in real estate.
