Role Overview

We are seeking a Quantitative Researcher to join a high-impact, three-person team based in New York. This role involves full ownership of automated trading strategies, covering everything from market microstructure analysis to the deployment of low-latency execution systems, ensuring consistent liquidity provision on the world's first fully on-chain order book.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systematic market-making and arbitrage strategies using statistical and machine learning methods to uncover market inefficiencies.
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance trading infrastructure, including low-latency execution engines, signal-generation pipelines, and backtesting frameworks.
• Conduct detailed analysis of on-chain data and market microstructure to improve risk management metrics, optimize execution quality, and limit slippage for both liquid and illiquid digital assets.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Master's or Doctorate degree in a quantitative discipline with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in high-frequency or systematic trading at leading financial organizations.
• Has advanced proficiency in Python for research purposes alongside strong experience in performance-sensitive programming languages such as C++, Rust, or Go.
• Demonstrates a profound understanding of probability theory, time-series analysis, and financial markets, coupled with the ability to develop low-latency systems responsive to live data streams.
