Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager who is a proactive problem-solver and critical thinker dedicated to enhancing the quality systems within our company. The role involves conducting internal audits, engaging in continuous process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with key stakeholders to gain valuable feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage at least five years of experience in Facilities Management, Operations, and Maintenance.
• Apply expertise preferably gained from educational facilities, public buildings, or government-related projects.
• Utilize your certification as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer to uphold quality standards.
• Manage and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) including conducting internal audits, handling Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and deliver comprehensive reporting.
• Create and implement standardized procedures for production, quality assurance, and customer service.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively by performing root cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Conduct thorough internal and external quality audits and prepare detailed reports on outcomes.
• Develop and strengthen the team through coaching, mentoring, targeted training, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
• Bring a minimum of five years relevant professional experience.
• Maintain high organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
