Python Developer with Expertise in Ansible, Linux, and Observability Tools

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong experience in automation tools, Linux systems, and various observability platforms. The ideal candidate will be motivated to work in Pune, India, and contribute to projects involving cloud and distributed platform monitoring and automation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement automation solutions using tools such as Ansible and Selenium.
• Manage and work extensively with two or more operating systems or database platforms including Unix/Linux, Windows Server, Oracle, MSSQL, and MongoDB.
• Develop and maintain scripts primarily in Python, Java, Curl, or other scripting languages to enhance automation and monitoring efforts.
• Utilize multiple observability tools like AppDynamics, Big Panda, ELK stack, Google Cloud Logging, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or Thousand Eyes to monitor application and infrastructure health.
• Monitor, log, and detect events on cloud-based or distributed computing platforms to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Schedule and manage batch operations using job schedulers such as AutoSys, CRON, or Windows Scheduler.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in any specialization.
• Demonstrated experience with automation philosophies and relevant tools.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages including Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with multiple operating systems and databases.
• Familiarity with various observability and monitoring tools to maintain application workflow and service uptime.
• Understanding and practical knowledge of scheduling tools to automate batch processes.
