Purchasing Assistant

About the Role

Join OneO2Plants as a Purchasing Assistant based in Bedok, Singapore. You will be integral in supporting daily operations by managing procurement, inventory, and customer order fulfillment to ensure smooth running of our projects and nursery.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders for suppliers.
• Set up and manage item codes within the ERP system.
• Track stock requests and monitor inventory levels.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality assurance.
• Compile weekly operational reports.
• Assist with wholesale customer inquiries and fulfill their orders.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the nursery and office areas.
• Update and track daily tasks using Asana.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in spoken and written language skills.
• Highly detail-focused with strong organizational abilities.
• Reliable with good attendance and a positive mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• No previous experience in the plant industry required; training will be provided.

Additional Information
