Overview

Enigmasoft Technologies is looking to hire a Purchase Executive who will focus on procuring and selling pharmaceutical products within a designated European region. The role requires strong client engagement and negotiation skills to establish and maintain successful trading accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Spotting potential clients and initiating contact primarily through cold calls.
• Recognizing and pursuing new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.
• Opening and managing trading accounts for clients.
• Negotiating prices and placing purchase orders efficiently.
• Conducting regular monthly meetings to nurture client relationships.
• Making sound professional decisions within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• A pharmacy-related academic background is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with proven cold calling ability.
• Confidence engaging with clients via online platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in teams, manage time effectively, and stay self-motivated.
• Fluency in English is essential.
