Role Overview

As a Public Areas Attendant reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all public zones throughout the hotel are impeccably clean, visually appealing, and safe. This role is vital to maintaining the esteemed standards of Crystalbrook Collection and shaping a memorable stay for each guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Upholding exceptional cleanliness and presentation in all public areas, guest facilities, and event spaces.
• Ensuring public spaces consistently meet the luxury standards of Crystalbrook Kingsley.
• Responding swiftly and courteously to guest requests and offering assistance as needed.
• Detecting and reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, or damaged equipment promptly.
• Maintaining cleaning tools and work environments to the highest level of hygiene.
• Collaborating effectively with the Housekeeping team and other hotel departments for smooth daily functions.
• Adhering strictly to workplace health and safety guidelines and practicing safe manual handling.
• Executing all tasks efficiently while maintaining superior quality standards.
• Supporting overall hotel operations through optimism, flexibility, and teamwork.
• Leading by example to cultivate a customer-focused, collaborative company culture.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous experience in housekeeping, public area cleaning, or comparable roles within hospitality is preferred.
