Role overview

The Property Manager will be responsible for delivering an excellent resident and guest experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations. This includes managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining the overall quality, safety, and functionality of the apartments and shared areas.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure every guest enjoys a smooth, high-standard experience throughout their stay.
• Address guest concerns quickly and work toward practical resolutions.
• Interact with residents and visitors in a courteous, polished, and approachable manner.
• Take care of reservations, questions, and any special guest requirements.
• Supervise daily operations across housekeeping, upkeep, and front desk activities.
• Keep apartments and common spaces clean, secure, and fully functional.
• Set up, follow, and track standard operating procedures for consistent service delivery.
• Liaise with vendors and external service partners for maintenance, repairs, and supply needs.

Preferred profile

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with people, managing guest interactions, and working in a hospitality-focused environment.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Com degree with any specialization.

Compensation

The offered package is INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.
