Project Supervisor

Job Overview

• Supervise and control on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to design plans, technical standards, safety regulations, and quality targets.
• Coordinate and monitor project implementation within the restaurant, maintaining schedule compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments, contractors, construction units, and relevant parties to resolve issues arising during deployment.
• Inspect and evaluate construction quality at various phases, proposing corrective measures as needed.
• Conduct acceptance testing of project components and final handover in accordance with regulations.
• Report progress, quality, and emerging problems to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Pursued or completed College or University degree specializing in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in construction supervision or project management, preferably in restaurant, retail chain, F&B, or interior fit-out sectors.
• Understanding of construction processes, acceptance testing, technical standards, and occupational safety laws.
• Proven ability in planning, coordinating tasks, and managing project timelines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving competencies.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites as required.
