About the Role

We are expanding and seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Dublin/Leinster area. This role offers the chance to work across diverse projects including Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Mission Critical, Residential, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, and execute the complete project scope or specific packages of work on-site, ensuring objectives related to Health & Safety, Design, Technical requirements, Quality, Schedule, and Financial targets are achieved.
  • Lead and inspire team members to cultivate a high-performance culture by developing their skills to their fullest potential.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and all stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Promote ongoing improvement and adoption of best practices within the team and the broader project group, including exploring innovative methods and technologies to enhance delivery.
  • Implement effective short to medium-term project planning to identify and mitigate risks and meet stakeholders' expectations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a relevant third-level degree in Engineering.
  • Have over seven years of post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects, especially refurbishment and fit-out projects, as a senior project manager.
  • Preferably progressed through roles within a main building contractor.
  • Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities.
